Cedomir has 40 years of working experience whereof 6 years in one of the leading foreign trade companies from former Yugoslavia and 31 years within Swedish furniture retailer IKEA in the fields of supply chain, human resources, retail, and real estate.
Cedomir has held senior management positions for nearly 30 years in several different countries and regions from former Yugoslavia, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Switzerland, Austria and most recently Southeast Europe where he had one of the leading roles in successful investments of more than 500million EUR that IKEA has realized in this region. He has vast experience and competence in the areas of general management, supply chain, retail, human resources, real estate, retail establishment, project management, negotiations, coaching, and public affairs.
Since 2020, Cedomir is HR Manager & Partner in Goodfaith Strategic Advisory.
Cedomir holds the master’s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade.
