Vladislav brings 29 years of experience from Swedish furniture retailer IKEA, specializing in supply chain and real estate. He has held senior management positions across multiple countries and regions, including Romania, Turkey, Egypt, the Middle East, Spain, Portugal, the UK, France, and most recently, Southeast Europe, where he successfully managed over €500 million in investments by IKEA. His expertise spans general management, supply chain, leadership, negotiations, real estate, construction, facility management, retail establishment, project management, and high-level public affairs.

Since 2020, Vladislav has served as CEO and Partner at Goodfaith Strategic Advisory.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American College of Greece in Athens. Beyond his business achievements, Vladislav has received a special award from the Swedish Embassy in Serbia for strengthening Serbian-Swedish relations. He has also served as: Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) in Serbia, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the International School of Belgrade (ISB), Board Member of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), and Board Member at Novi Volvox, a leading DIY retailer and wholesaler from Montenegro.

Vladislav is a native of Serbia, living and working in Belgrade. He is fluent in English and Swedish, with working knowledge of Romanian.
